From Dubuque, Dyersville (Field of Dreams) was about 15 miles. We ate lunch with the locals at the Country Junction. Talk about the middle of nowhere. We could all sense the mid western hospitality. We followed Lansing Rd, which took us to the actual Field of Dreams Movie site. We all took turns at bat, pitching, and playing the field. Only downfall, it is not corn season. The outfield stalks were babies. Here we come Minnesota, on our way to Target field Minnesota/Yankee game tonight … a 4hr ride.
